Booking Terms
These Booking Terms apply to each booking and, together with the Service Agreement, Booking Information and Veterinary Release (completed prior to a Dog’s first stay), form the contract between us. By requesting or confirming a booking (including via website, email or messaging), you agree these Booking Terms apply.
1. Scope of Service
We provide licensed home-based dog boarding. We may arrange introductory meetings or trial stays where appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking at any stage where boarding is not suitable in our judgement.
2. Health & Admission
We may refuse admission to any Dog showing signs of illness.
3. Behaviour & Mixing
During normal boarding and walks, your Dog may interact with other dogs. Where consent is given on the Booking Information, your Dog may share spaces or activities with other boarded dogs. Normal interaction carries a risk of minor injury. We may separate a Dog and require early collection where behaviour compromises safety or welfare in our reasonable judgement.
4. Veterinary Care
You are responsible for all veterinary fees and associated costs.
5. Fees, Payment & Cancellation
Fees are charged at the rates published at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days before the stay. Cancellations over 14 days before arrival – full refund. Cancellations 14 days or fewer – no refund. Exceptions are at our discretion.
6. Arrival & Collection
Boarding runs from 2pm to 2pm. We may charge up to one additional night’s fee if collection is beyond the agreed time. If a Dog is not collected within 24 hours and we cannot contact you after reasonable efforts, we may arrange alternative care or place the Dog with a licensed provider, rescue or authority at your cost.
7. Liability & Insurance
We hold Public Liability and Care, Custody & Control insurance. Boarding carries inherent risks. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to our insurance cover and law. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left with your Dog.
8. Force Majeure
If events beyond our control prevent us from providing services, we may cancel or shorten a booking, including at short notice. Liability is limited to a refund of unused nights.
9. Media
We may take photographs or videos of your Dog to share with you and for business use, including website and social media.
